Full Compensation. Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.
Full Compensation. Contractor agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Contractor of all its duties and obligations hereunder.
Full Compensation. The Contract Sum shall be full compensation to Contractor for all Work provided by Contractor and, except as otherwise expressly permitted by the terms of the Contract Documents, shall cover all Losses arising out of the nature of the Work or from the acts of the elements or any unforeseen difficulties or obstructions which may arise or be encountered in performance of the Work until its Acceptance by City, all risks connected with the Work, and any and all expenses incurred due to suspension or discontinuance of the Work, except as expressly provided herein. The Contract Sum may only be adjusted for Change Orders approved in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
Full Compensation. Pending any adjustments by the COR, each invoice approved and paid shall constitute full and complete compensation to the Contractor for all work completed during the billing period pursuant to Exhibit A and Exhibit C. Contractor shall be entitled only to compensation, benefits, reimbursements or ancillary services specified in this Agreement. Payment shall be NET 30 days from receipt and approval of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Full Compensation. The payments that will be made to Employee or for his benefit pursuant to this Separation Agreement shall compensate him for and extinguish any and all claims he may have arising out of his employment with Deluxe or his employment termination as of the effective date of the Release, including but not limited to claims for attorneys' fees and costs, and any and all claims for any type of legal or equitable relief.
Full Compensation. Executive understands that the payments made and other consideration provided by the Company under this Agreement will fully compensate Executive for and extinguish any and all of the potential claims Executive is releasing in the Release, including without limitation, his claims for attorneys’ fees and costs and any and all claims for any type of legal or equitable relief.

XXXXXXXXXX agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this CONTRACT as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the CONTRACTOR of all its duties and obligations hereunder.
Full Compensation. Employee understands that consideration provided by the Company under the Agreement will fully compensate Employee for and extinguish any and all of the potential claims Employee is releasing herein, including without limitation, any claims for attorneys’ fees and costs, and any and all claims for any type of legal or equitable relief.
Full Compensation. All Services performed by the Consultant in meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents shall be paid as set forth herein, which shall constitute full compensation for the Services, including but not limited to: (a) the cost of all insurance and bond premiums, home office, job site and other overhead, and profit relating to Consultant’s performance of its obligations under this Contract; (b) the cost of performance of each and every portion of the Services (including all costs of all Services provided by subcontractors and suppliers); (c) the cost of obtaining all governmental approvals and all costs of compliance with and maintenance of such governmental approvals; (d) all risk of inflation, currency risk, interest and other costs of funds associated with the partial payment schedule for the Services as provided herein; and (e) payment of any taxes, duties, permits and other fees and/or royalties imposed with respect to the Services and any equipment, materials, supplies, documentation, labor or services included therein.
Full Compensation. Employee agrees that the payments made and other consideration provided by Employer under this Agreement constitute full and sufficient compensation for the covenants and agreements of Employee herein, and for the release of all of Employee’s claims as set forth in the Agreement, including, but not limited to, all claims for attorneys’ fees, costs, and disbursements, and all claims for any type of legal or equitable relief.
