Basic Compensation. An employee, at the employee's option, may report to court when subpoenaed or remain on call. If the employee elects to appear in court, the division supervisor must be notified, at the latest, one administrative day prior to the scheduled court appearance. If the employee wishes to remain on call, the employee must be able to appear in court not more than one hour after being notified that the employee's appearance is required in court. To appear in court more than an hour after having been notified will void the employee's right to on-call compensation. An employee need not remain at home, but must be available for telephonic notification at a location where the supervisor knows the employee can be reached.
Basic Compensation. As compensation for Executive’s services during the first twelve months of the Term, Company shall pay to Executive a salary at the annual rate of $465,000 payable in periodic installments in accordance with Company’s regular payroll practices in effect from time to time. For each subsequent twelve-month period of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive’s salary shall be in the amount of his initial annual salary with such increases, as may be established by the Board of Directors of Company in consultation with Executive provided that the increase in base salary with respect to each subsequent twelve-month period shall not be less than the product of Executive’s base salary multiplied by the annual percentage increase in the retail price index (expressed as a decimal) for the United States, as reported in the most recent report of the U.S. Department of Labor for the preceding twelve-month period. Once increased, Executive’s annual salary cannot be decreased without the written consent of Executive. Executive’s annual salary, as determined in accordance with this Section 3.1, is hereinafter referred to as his “Base Salary.”
Basic Compensation. As compensation for Executive’s services hereunder, Xxxxxx shall pay to Executive a salary at an initial annual rate equal to $270,000.00, payable in periodic installments in accordance with Xxxxxx’x regular payroll practices in effect from time to time. Executive’s annual salary, as determined in accordance with this Section 3.1, is hereinafter referred to as Executive’s “Base Salary.” For years subsequent to the initial year of this Agreement, Executive’s Base Salary shall be set by Xxxxxx at an amount no less than the initial annual rate set herein. For each year in the Employment Period, Executive shall be a participant in any bonus or incentive compensation program for executives, including, in particular, any annual cash bonus plan and equity-based long term incentive plan, that Xxxxxx may implement and administer from time to time during the Employment Period, and the amount and form of such bonus and incentive compensation shall be determined annually by Xxxxxx consistent with its Board’s executive compensation practices. References herein to the amount of the Executive’s Base Salary or annual cash bonus or cash incentive compensation shall be to the gross amount of such compensation element, exclusive of any elective compensation deferral agreements entered into by the Executive from time to time.
Basic Compensation. (A) SALARY. The Executive shall be paid an annual salary of $230,000.00, subject to an adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to the Employer's customary payroll practices, but not less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually and may be adjusted upward or downward in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
Basic Compensation. Executive’s initial salary (“Base Salary”) when annualized shall be at the rate of $175,000.00 and shall be payable in bi-weekly or other installments in accordance with the Company’s normal payment schedule for senior management (but not less frequently than monthly). The Base Salary shall be subject to annual review commencing on the anniversary of the Commencement Date and on or about each subsequent anniversary during the Term, and may be increased (but not decreased) by the Board in its sole discretion for subsequent years.

Basic Compensation. The employee’s salary shall be based on the City’s adopted pay scale for this position. The employee will initially be placed on the pay scale at Grade 27, Step E. The employee shall be paid either bi-weekly or monthly in accordance with the City’s normal payroll schedule. The employee will be entitled to receive any general increases in salary, benefits, or compensation granted to the City’s other non-union employees. Any increases in salary or grade shall become incorporated into and become part of this Agreement.
Basic Compensation. As compensation for his services hereunder, Company shall pay to Executive during the Employment Period an annual salary of $350,000 (the “Base Salary”), payable in installments in accordance with Company’s normal payment schedule for senior management of Company, subject to payroll deductions as may be necessary or customary in respect of Company’s salaried employees and five percent of which, as contemplated by the Original Agreement, is paid in consideration for Executive having signed and being bound by the Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement. Executive’s annual salary in effect from time to time under this Section 2.1 is hereinafter called his “Basic Compensation”. Such Basic Compensation shall be determined on a pro rata basis for any period described in Article 3 that is not equal to 12 months.
