Temporary Total Disablement means disablement which entirely prevents the Insured Person from attending to their business or occupation.
Temporary disability means wage loss replacement for the primary job;
Temporary service means an electrical service granted temporarily for such purposes as construction, real estate sales, trailers, et cetera;
Permanent Incapacity as used herein shall mean mental or physical incapacity, or both, reasonably determined by the Company's Board of Directors based upon a certification of such incapacity by, in the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors, either Executive's regularly attending physician or a duly licensed physician selected by the Company's Board of Directors, rendering Executive unable to perform substantially all of his duties hereunder and which appears reasonably certain to continue for at least six consecutive months without substantial improvement. Executive shall be deemed to have "become permanently incapacitated" on the date the Company's Board of Directors has determined that Executive is permanently incapacitated and so notifies Executive.
Master Servicer Event of Termination As defined in Section 7.01 hereof.
Permanent total disability means incapacity because of accidental injury or occupational disease to earn any wages in any employment for which the employee may become physically suited and reasonably fitted by education, training or experience, including vocational rehabilitation; loss of both hands, or both feet, or both legs, or both eyes, or any two thereof, shall constitute permanent total disability;
Event of Termination has the meaning specified in Section 7.01.
Event of Servicer Termination With respect to the Servicing Agreement, a Servicing Default as defined in Section 6.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer Event of Termination One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.
Book-Entry Termination The occurrence of any of the following events: (i) the Clearing Agency is no longer willing or able to properly discharge its responsibilities with respect to the Book Entry Certificates, and the Depositor is unable to locate a qualified successor; or (ii) the Depositor at its option advises the Trustee and the Certificate Registrar in writing that it elects to terminate the book-entry system through the Clearing Agency.
Permanent Disablement means a disability falling under one of the items of disablement listed in the scale of compensation in this Policy under Section 1, which was caused by an Accident, as long as the disability lasts for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of the Accident and at the expiry of that period our appointed Registered Medical Practitioner confirms that the disability is not going to improve after twelve (12) months.
Temporary employment Any employment which will require the services of an incumbent for a limited period of time, paid on an hourly basis, not in an allocated position or in permanent status. Transfer: The change of an employee who has permanent status in a position to another position in the same class in a different department, or to another position in a class which is allocated to a range on the salary plan that is within five percent (5%) at top step as the class previously occupied by the employee. Master Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Master Servicer Termination Test will be failed if the Cumulative Loss Percentage exceeds 4.00%.
Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Servicer will fail the Servicer Termination Test if the Realized Loss Percentage for the Mortgage Loans exceeds the applicable percentages set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date: Distribution Date Occurring In Percentage January 2006 through December 2007 2.75% January 2008 through December 2008 3.25% January 2009 through December 2009 3.75% January 2010 and thereafter 4.50%
Permanent and Total Disability means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment rendering an individual unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity, which disability can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.
Disability Termination means termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment by reason of the Executive’s incapacitation due to disability. The Executive will be deemed to be incapacitated due to disability if at the end of any month the Executive is unable to perform substantially all of the Executive’s duties under this Agreement in the normal and regular manner due to illness, injury or mental or physical incapacity, and has been unable so to perform for either (i) three consecutive full calendar months then ending, or (ii) 90 or more of the normal working days during the 12 consecutive full calendar months then ending. Nothing in this paragraph alters the Company’s obligations under applicable law, which may, in certain circumstances, result in the suspension or alteration of the foregoing time periods.
Event of Servicing Termination means an event specified in Section 8.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Asset Representations Reviewer Termination Event means any one of the following events whether it shall be voluntary or involuntary or be effected by operation of law or pursuant to any judgment, decree or order of any court or any order, rule or regulation of any administrative or governmental body:
Incipient Event of Termination means an event that but for notice or lapse of time or both would constitute an Event of Termination.
Termination After Change in Control means either of the following events occurring within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control:
