How to Use Your Card. The Card allows Cardholders to directly access the Account specified in your Card Application. We will issue Cards and Personal Identification Numbers (“PINs”) at your request to account owners on your checking account. You guarantee that all Cardholders will comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each Card will identify your name as listed on your checking account agreement. Each Cardholder must sign his/her Card before it may be used. Once a Card has been issued, it cannot be transferred to another person.
How to Use Your Card. The Card allows Cardholders to directly access the Account specified in your Card Application. We will issue Cards and Personal Identification Numbers (“PINs”) at your request to the Cardholders you designate. (No more than four [4] Cards will be issued for any one business Account.) You guarantee that all Cardholders and anyone else allowed to use a Card will comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each Card will identify your business name as well as the Cardholder. Each Cardholder must sign his/her Card before it may be used. Once a Card has been issued, it cannot be transferred to another person. You agree to immediately notify us when you terminate a Cardholder’s rights and to promptly return the Card to us. You understand that the use of the Business Card is not subject to the Federal Reserve Board’s “Regulation E” governing electronic funds transfers for consumer transactions, and you assume full responsibility as set forth in the section titled LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS.
How to Use Your Card. You may use your Card to purchase, rent, or lease goods or to purchase ser- vices ("purchases") from persons who honor the Card. You may also obtain loans ("cash advances") from any bank, credit union, or other financial institu- tion that accepts the Card or by using Checks we may provide you for that purpose. Checks may not be used to make payment on any Credit Union credit accounts. A Card or Check may not be used for an illegal transaction, such as unlawful gambling. You can also use your Card to complete a transaction by using your Personal Identification Number (PIN) in conjunction with the Card in an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or other type of electronic terminal that provides ac- cess to the VISA PLUS Network. An ATM withdrawal with a Card is a cash advance. Your monthly statement will identify the merchant, electronic ter- xxxxx, or financial institution at which such transactions were made, but sales, cash advance, credit, or other slips cannot be returned with your statement. You will retain the copy of such slips furnished at the time of transaction in order to verify your monthly statement. The Credit Union may charge you for photocopies of slips you request. PAYMENT DUE DATE Your payment due date will be on the same date each month. If the payment due date falls on a day when we do not receive or accept payments (including weekends and holidays), payments received on the next business date will not be considered late.

If you have problems using your Card at the self-service pump of a gas station, you may have to go inside to pay. You may also experience problems using your Card as certain unattended vending machines and kiosks. Please feel free to call us at 1-877- 000-0000 if you are unable to use your Card even though you believe you have sufficient funds for the transaction. Deposit transfers. You may transfer funds from your Card to a bank checking or savings account. You may not use your Card to make an electronic payment or to electronically send funds outside of the United States. To initiate a transfer, call our Customer Service Center toll-free at 0-000-000-0000, and then follow the prompts for entering your checking or savings account information. Make sure that you enter the correct information, as we do not verify the information. You can confirm the deposit transfer by calling the Customer Service Center toll free at 0-000-000-0000, by visiting our website, xxx.XXXXXxxx.xxx, or by contacting your bank. If you give your Card to someone, or authorize anyone to obtain credit using the Card, all of their use is considered authorized by you.
