Frequency of Services. Your visits will be scheduled to best accommodate the time and location needs of all parties. Typical supervised visitation order is for one 2 hour visitation per week. The amount of hours per visit and the amount of visits per week can change based on your Court Order, agreement, GAL or other authority. Xxxx Center staff are flexible and will be happy to work out a schedule with you based on transportation availability, working schedule and children’s school and social routines. Frequency of Services. The instructor agrees to offer the services required under this agreement routinely throughout the period hereof in a timely manner and as needed to ensure that the students designated by the Superintendent/Designee for the course of study and training shall successfully complete said course during the period of this agreement.
Frequency of Services. Manager shall perform the Management Services as often as provided above; however, if no time frame is specified in this Section 4, then Manager shall perform the Management Services as often as it deems reasonably necessary and appropriate for the specified services, applying prudent management practices.

Project working days only • The service required is to supply and install plant labels in line with the list of KKS numbers, descriptions, label standard (240-71432150 – Plant Labelling and equipment description standard) and label type supplied by the Employer’s Engineering Team. Baseline documentation is utilised to ensure a proper job is done during execution. • A risk register is maintained to ensure risks management is properly done. • Proper KKS labelled plant that conforms to the above mentioned baseline (As Built approved documentation set). Configuration Management (CM) envisages this function to be executed and concluded in 20-months as the required documents (e.g. The Employer Standards) for the work execution are readily available. The Contractor must mobilise on the Kusile construction site Witbank.

The Parties agree that the schedule attached in Exhibit C is intended to be a guide and best estimation of the frequency of Maintenance Services to be performed during the term of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges that the frequency of the Maintenance Services to be performed is estimated and the Authority can make no representations as to the actual number of times that Contractor will be requested to perform such services.
