Required Documents definition

Required Documents. (not attached) means documents to support Contractor’s representations in Section 1.1 of the General Terms and Conditions and documents required of Contractor on the Cover.
Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.
Required Documents means, for each Security as to which an Asset File is delivered to the Document Custodian:

Examples of Required Documents in a sentence

  • Upon request of the Purchaser, the Seller shall cooperate with the Purchaser to transfer any Electronic Loan Package and/or Required Documents to the Purchaser, its designated custodian or the E-Vault of the Purchaser.

  • To the extent the Seller retains any Required Documents with respect to a Transferred Loan, the Seller shall clearly mark its records to indicate the ownership interest of the Purchaser and shall hold such Required Documents (including, for the avoidance of doubt any Electronic Loan Package held or controlled by Seller prior to its transfer to the E-Vault of the Purchaser) as custodian for, and for the benefit of, the Purchaser.

  • The information on the Loan Schedule correctly and accurately reflects the information contained in the Seller’s records (including, without limitation, the Required Documents) in all material respects.

  • Any Required Documents for the Loan that required an electronic signature from the related Obligor were signed with a digital or electronic signature that complied with Applicable Law, including, as applicable, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.


More Definitions of Required Documents

Required Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Custodial Agreement.
Required Documents means the documents listed in and annexed to each Tranche A Notice of Borrowing;
Required Documents refers to any documents described in the application to join the Master Trust, in the Joinder Agreement or otherwise required by the Trustee.
Required Documents means, for any applicable Mortgage Loan, all of the following:
Required Documents means for any Mortgage Loan those items described on Exhibit J attached hereto.
Required Documents means the grant deed and other documents that BNPLC must tender pursuant to Paragraph 3 below.
Required Documents means the following documents with respect to any Mortgage Loan: (i) the original executed and fully completed promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan (properly endorsed to the Seller if purchased by the Seller from another originator), which promissory note shall be duly endorsed in blank without recourse by an authorized officer of the Seller; (ii) the original executed and fully completed mortgage or deed of trust relating to the Mortgage Loan in proper form for recordation in the appropriate jurisdiction and duly recorded in the appropriate jurisdiction; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that a certified copy of the executed mortgage or deed of trust relating to the Mortgage Loan may be delivered to the Buyer in lieu of the original recorded deed of trust or mortgage until such time as the original recorded mortgage or deed of trust is received from the recording jurisdiction and submitted to the Buyer; and (iii) an original executed, fully completed and recordable but unrecorded assignment of the mortgage or deed of trust relating to the Mortgage Loan in proper form for recordation in the appropriate jurisdiction (unless the Buyer determines that under applicable state law the assignment should be recorded in order to adequately protect its interest, in which case the assignment shall be recorded by the Seller and a certified true copy thereof shall be provided to the Buyer), together with the original or a duly certified copy of the fully completed and proper assignment or assignments of the mortgage or deed of trust from the original holder through any subsequent transferees to the Seller in proper form for recordation in the appropriate jurisdiction, duly recorded if local requirements in the jurisdiction in which the property is located required the recordation of such assignment or assignments.
