Supply and Install. 150mmØ UNDERDRAIN Underdrains shall be 150mm diameter perforated dual wall perforated HDPE pipe supplied by ADS Canada, or City approved equivalent and installed at the locations specified in the Contract Drawings. Class ‘C’ bedding and cover material is to be installed around the underdrain, with bedding material to be compacted prior to the installation of the 150mm diameter perforated pipe. EARTHWORKS AND SHALE REMOVAL Earthworks and shale removal (if required) for this item shall be compensated for under SP 32 and SP 33 as works are within the general excavation area. Additional compensation for earthworks or shale removal related to this item will not be provided. BASIS FOR PAYMENT Payment shall be made at the Contract price per linear metre for supplying all materials, carrying out all excavation, installing underdrain pipe, placing and compacting bedding, cover and backfill material, connection to outlet structures, and all other work to complete the storm sewer system as specified on the Contract Drawings, and herein.

  • Delivered and Installed Off loaded, and installed. Installation shall include but not limited to; any and all labor, material, and tools necessary to install furniture in accordance with approved plans and specifications and/or the direction of authorized agency personnel. The installation company will be responsible for the removal of any trash, packing material, and cartons associated with their installation. The contractor/installation company will repair/replace (to the satisfaction of the ordering entity) any damage to the building or its’ contents that they (the contractor) caused in the course of their work. This includes but is not limited to: walls, floors, floor coverings, ceilings, elevators, doors, doorways, and any existing fixtures and furniture. The agency may withhold payment until repairs are satisfactorily completed.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Responsibility for Quality of Materials and Installation Contractor acknowledges that he has full, total, and complete responsibility for providing materials, labor, and all other items necessary for providing the level of quality specified in the Contract Documents. He agrees that this responsibility is indivisible, non-delegable, non- transferable, and not diminished by any inspections provided by the Design Professional or his consulting engineers, nor by any inspections provided by the Owner. In recognition of this, Contractor will prepare for submission and review by the Design Professional, a written program describing the efforts that will be taken to insure the proper quality level is achieved. The program shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a Proceed Order.

  • No Installing Generator Not to install or keep or run any generator in the Said Apartment.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • RENTAL APPLICATION The Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord has relied upon the rental application, a copy of which is attached hereto, as an inducement for entering into this agreement, and the Tenant warrants to the Landlord that the facts stated in the application are true to the best of Tenant’s knowledge. If any facts stated in the rental application prove to be untrue, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate the residency immediately and to collect from the Tenant any damages resulting therefrom.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
