Freedom to Work. In the event that the Agency forfeits or becomes ineligible for state revenues as a result of the provisions within this agreement, then this agreement shall be immediately re-opened and the parties will conform the agreement as needed to maximize the agency’s receipt of revenues.

Freedom to Work. Bargaining unit members have the right to become or remain a member of, or refrain from becoming or remaining a member of, the LTA without interference, coercion, or restrain from the Board or the LTA. The Board shall not discipline, discharge, or otherwise discriminate against any employee because of the employee’s election regarding membership in, affiliation with, or financial support of the LTA. Bargaining unit members joining the Association shall pay dues and assessments to the Association in accordance with its policies and procedures. The Association agrees to indemnify and save Lapeer Community Schools, the Board, including each individual school Board member past and present, and the Board’s administrative employees past and present and agents, harmless against any and all claims, demands, costs, suits, or other forms of liability, including back pay and all court or administrative agency costs that may arise out of or by reason of action taken or not taken by the Board, or in reliance upon signed authorization cards or lists furnished to the Board by the Association for the purpose of payroll deduction of dues, or for the purpose of complying with this agreement, subject to the following:

  • Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.

  • Recall to Work 5.6.2.1 An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the company’s premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of three hours work at the appropriate rates for each time the employee is so recalled. Except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising, the employee will not be required to work the full three hours if the job the employee was recalled to perform is completed within a shorter period.

  • Right to Work For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your Start Date, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

  • Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty. To that end, the Home and the Union agree to cooperate in complying with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Access to Worksite 9.4.1 Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on school property during regular school business hours provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction or interrupt normal operations.

  • Returning to Work (a) Returning to work early

  • Return to Work Program When feasible, the Employer will provide alternative work opportunities to employees injured on the job. The Employer shall work closely with the employee and his/her physician to determine if and when the employee can return to modified duty, and what assignments and/or activity level restrictions must be adhered to.

  • Return of Materials Pertaining to Work Product Upon the request of Customer, but in any event upon termination or expiration of this Contract or a Statement of Work, Vendor shall surrender to Customer all documents and things pertaining to the Work Product, including but not limited to drafts, memoranda, notes, records, drawings, manuals, computer software, reports, data, and all other documents or materials (and copies of same) generated or developed by Vendor or furnished by Customer to Vendor, including all materials embodying the Work Product, any Customer confidential information, or Intellectual Property Rights in such Work Product, regardless of whether complete or incomplete. This section is intended to apply to all Work Product as well as to all documents and things furnished to Vendor by Customer or by anyone else that pertain to the Work Product.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty.

  • Early and Safe Return to Work The Hospital and the Union both recognize their obligations in facilitating the early and safe return to work of disabled employees. The Hospital and the Union agree that ongoing and timely communication by all participants in this process is essential to the success of the process.
