PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF DUES. 1. The Employer shall deduct from each Employee's wages the amount of Union dues or fees, as specified by the Union, for any Employee covered by this Agreement who has voluntarily provided the Employer with a written agreement authorizing such a deduction. Once signed, the authorization cannot be canceled for a period of one (1) year from the date appearing on such written assignment or within a fifteen (15) day period prior to the termination date of this Agreement, whichever occurs sooner.

In the case of resignation within a school year, the balance due that year will be deducted from the final check.
