Nothing in this Agreement shall be so construed as to deprive any individual of his/her rights under the Utah Right to Work Law nor his/her rights as set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act or under Title 34, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, or amendments thereto.
The Parties agree that should the Michigan Right to Work Act be repealed or determined with finality to be unlawful, the Union Security provisions found in Article 3 of the 2010-2013 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Circuit Court, Office of Friend of the Court, Probate Court of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and MAPE shall be reinstated.

All employees shall, as a condition of employment be required to become Union members after the seventh day following the beginning of their employment, or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, with the exception of the State of North Dakota and its Right to Work Labor Laws where joining a Labor Union is not mandated.
Membership in the union or continued membership in the Union is not a condition of continued employment as long as the Michigan Right to Work law, Public Act 349 of 2012, is enforceable in the State.
