End User Content Clause Samples
The End User Content clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding any content that users submit, upload, or share through a service or platform. Typically, this clause clarifies that users retain ownership of their content but grant the service provider certain rights, such as the ability to display, distribute, or modify the content as needed for operation. It may also set out restrictions on the type of content allowed, such as prohibiting illegal or offensive material. The core function of this clause is to establish clear boundaries and permissions for both users and the service provider, helping to prevent disputes over content ownership and usage.
