Audio Content definition

Audio Content means Content that is a music or other audio file without video or one or more pictures or other visual works.
Audio Content means sound recordings, as defined in 17 U.S.C § 101 and does not include audio portions of Audiovisual Content.
Audio Content means pure audio content only, i.e. “Audio Content” does not include advertising, games, software, text, video, personal communication services (e.g. voice calls, chats, messaging) and other content even if such content is combined with and/or contains audio elements.

Audio Content means the content provided by the Provider at a regular intervals to be played through the Equipment and provided as part of the Music Services (if any) and/or the Voice Messaging Services (if any) and/or the Digital Signage Services (if any);
Audio Content means Content that is provided by NARA in audio format such as on audiotape or CD, and in digitized or any other formats.
