Audiovisual Content definition

Audiovisual Content means any combination of sounds and visual images that are intended to inform, enlighten, or entertain, irrespective of its duration, initial intended use, or manner of distribution;
Audiovisual Content means all forms of moving images with accompanying sound, including novelas, musicals, variety shows, situation comedies, game shows, children’s shows, news shows, cultural and educational programs, sports programs, sporting events, reality shows, movies, political conventions, election coverage, parades, pageants, fashion shows, “how-to” and other informational programs, interviews, animation and demonstrative content. For the avoidance of doubt, references herein to “Audiovisual Content” shall not include (a) Videogames; or (b) Short Form Commercial Advertising for third party goods and services.
Audiovisual Content means audiovisual content that qualifies as a “motion picture” pursuant to Xxxxxxx 000 xx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. Section 101), as amended as of March 1, 2008 -- “audiovisual works consisting of a series of related images which, when shown in succession, impart a impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any” -- whether in encrypted or unencrypted form, and that is primarily intended to be performed in a predetermined, continuous, sequential manner.

  • In the case of Prerecorded Media, or if the Commercial Audiovisual Content has previously been retained, the Source Device shall encode the Commercial Audiovisual Content such that no further retention shall be permitted.

  • Any other Broadcast rights not granted in clauses (i) through (vii) with respect to Audiovisual Content originally produced in the Spanish language or with Spanish subtitles in the Licensed Media on Spanish Language Platforms, in all cases subject to the exceptions, exclusions and limitations herein, including with respect to Excluded Content.

  • Without limiting any other term or condition hereunder, the license granted to Content Participant under Section 2.1 shall only extend to distribution or transmission of Commercial Audiovisual Content that is distributed or transmitted in material compliance with Section 5.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such Clip Exchange Agreements (and the license of any Audiovisual Content thereunder) shall not be subject to approval under Section 4.2.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.
