Improving the Services. Sharework may collect, and may engage third-party analytics providers to collect, Usage Data to develop new features, improve existing features, or inform sales and marketing strategies based on Sharework’s legitimate interest in improving the Services. When Sharework uses Usage Data, any Personal Data that was included in Service Data shall be anonymized and/or aggregated in such a manner that it no longer constitutes Customer Data or Personal Data under applicable data protection laws. Any such third-party analytics providers will not share or otherwise disclose Usage Data, although Sharework may make Usage Data publicly available from time to time.

Improving the Services. We consistently endeavor to improve Our Services. In doing so, we use analytics techniques to better understand how Our Services are being used as detailed below.

Any such third-party analytics providers will not share or otherwise disclose Usage Data, although RealCISO may make Usage Data publicly available from time to time.

  • B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. We will notify you of any material degradation of functionality or the discontinuation of a Service and the effective date at least 80 days prior to such change, and you may terminate the modified Service 30 days prior to the change effective date. In the event of such termination or discontinuation of a Service, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the applicable Service on a pro-rata basis for the remaining Subscription Term. We do not maintain prior versions of a Service.
