Recordings. The Client and the Service Provider consent to telephonic or electronic recordings for security and quality of service purposes and agree that either may produce telephonic or electronic recordings or computer records as evidence in any proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement.
Recordings. Unless a Party expressly objects to a recording at the beginning of a telephone conversation, each Party consents to the creation of an electronic recording of all telephone conversations between the Parties to this Agreement related to the scheduling of any Distribution Services, and that any such recordings will be retained in confidence, secured from improper access, and may be submitted in evidence in any proceeding or action relating to this Agreement, subject to the confidentiality provisions of Article Nineteen. Each Party waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording and agrees to notify its officers and employees of such monitoring or recording and to obtain any necessary consent of such officers and employees. Failure of a Party either to provide such notification or obtain such consent shall not in any way limit the use of the recordings pursuant to this Agreement.
Recordings. In the event Citigroup reasonably deems recordation necessary, Licensee shall, to the extent it has the power and authority to do so, reasonably cooperate with Citigroup at Citigroup’s sole expense, for Licensee’s reasonable out-of-pocket costs, in connection with the recording of this Agreement with the appropriate Governmental Authorities and, if necessary, in the renewal of such recordation, including the prompt execution of all documents necessary in connection with such recording. To the extent it has the power and authority to do so, Licensee shall provide documents and other information to Citigroup as reasonably necessary to accomplish such recordation, including by submitting a revised version of this Agreement in a form necessary, but without change of substance (except where such change is necessary for purposes of recordation) hereof, for recordation. At Citigroup’s expense, for Licensee’s reasonable out-of-pocket costs, and to the extent it has the power and authority to do so, Licensee shall cooperate to effect a cancellation or termination of any recordation of this Agreement with the appropriate Governmental Authorities upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, but in no event, later than twenty (20) days following the termination or expiration of this Agreement. Licensee hereby grants to Citigroup an irrevocable power of attorney coupled with an interest solely to effect such cancellation.
Recordings. Tenant shall not record this Lease, or any memorandum or short form thereof, without the written consent and joinder of Landlord.
Recordings. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any and all conversations between Customer and XXXXX.xxx principals, agents, employees or associates, including the XXXXX.xxx Trading Desk and customer service and operations desks may, at the option and in the sole discretion of XXXXX.xxx, be recorded electronically with or without the use of an automatic tone warning device. Customer further agrees to the use of such recordings and transcripts thereof as evidence by either party in connection with any dispute or preceding that may arise involving Customer or XXXXX.xxx.
Recordings. 30.1 Customer agrees and acknowledges that all conversations regarding Customer’s account(s) between Customer and Company personnel may be electronically recorded with or without the use of an automatic tone warning device.

The Executive hereby gives the Company and its assigns permission to capture and record his image or likeness by means of photograph, facial imaging or similar means (“Recordings”); to make reasonable edits to these Recordings at its discretion and to incorporate these Recordings into publications, brochures, databases, or any other media (“Publications”); and to use such Recordings and Publications for the limited purposes of marketing, publicizing, or otherwise promoting the products and/or services of the Company or any of its affiliates.

Each Party waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording and agrees to notify its officers and employees of such monitoring or recording and to obtain any necessary consent of such officers and employees. Failure of a Party either to provide such notification or obtain such consent shall not in any way limit the use of the Recordings pursuant to this Agreement. Recordings. In order for us to establish a record of the information and instructions you provide, and to ensure that your instructions are followed and service levels are maintained, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we may record telephone calls or other electronic communications that you have with us, and that any such recordings will be admissible in a court of law. These recordings are only used as required to service your Account and any personal information contained therein is properly safeguarded. This consent is continuing and we are not required to confirm it prior to or during each recording.
Recordings. (a) On or prior to the Closing, the Supplemental Indenture shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company and the Trustees, and shall be in full force and effect.
