Recordings Clause Samples
The Recordings clause governs the creation, use, and ownership of audio, video, or other recordings made during the course of an agreement or event. It typically specifies who has the right to record, how those recordings may be used or distributed, and any necessary permissions or restrictions. For example, it may require that all parties consent to being recorded or clarify whether recordings can be shared publicly. This clause is essential for protecting privacy, managing intellectual property rights, and ensuring all parties understand their rights and obligations regarding recorded materials.
