Effective Dates of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect through June 30, 2019.
Effective Dates of Agreement. 31.1 This Agreement and each and every part hereof shall become effective midnight December 31, 1992, and shall remain in full force and effect until midnight, August 31, 2024. This Agreement shall be reopened to negotiate Appendix A, B, C, F plus any three articles selected by the association and any three articles selected by the district. Any articles mutually agreed to be reopened for negotiation shall also be included. The next reopening shall be for the period beginning September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020. Subsequent reopenings shall take place for the periods beginning September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2024. Reopeners shall be negotiated pursuant to Article 4 of the Master Agreement.

LETTER OF INTENT 1 The parties have agreed to update the language in this component agreement by deleting language and articles referring to classifications and job functions that are no longer actively employed in the Public Service.
