Additionally, an aesthetically pleasing and historically appropriate fencing will be chosen in consultation with stakeholders to encompass this facility. The fencing shall be incorporated into the Landscape Plan. BLFWD will construct the fence, or cause the fence to be constructed, as agreed in the Landscape Plan. Successful installation of the fence as laid out in the Landscape Plan represents the completion of this component of the Treatment Measure; Walking trail: BLFWD shall ensure that the Levee Access Road will be finished with a surface suitable for pedestrians to walk down the levee and be a continuation of the existing levee-top walk path as per the Landscape Plan. The successful construction of the Levee Access Road as provided for in the Landscape Plan represents the completion of this component of the Treatment Measure;
