The Organisation will provide ten (10) adult in season passes to its Queensland Adventureland theme park (Tickets) to be used by another sponsor of the Initiative, Brisbane 103.9 FM Pty Ltd, as prizes in its competition being run in the promotion of the Initiative between 1 and 30 June 2019. The Tickets will be delivered by the Organisation to the State by 15 May 2019. Production of four (4) x 30-second Community Service Announcements (CSAs) promoting the Initiative and a schedule of the programming of the CSAs to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the Initiative.

August 2019. This agreement of All Regulatory Authorities shall provide evidence that a decision on the Proposal does not, at this stage, need to be adopted by ACER pursuant to Article 5(7) of the EBGL. However, at the same time the Proposal is not approvable by All Regulatory Authorities. Therefore, this agreement is intended to constitute the basis on which all Regulatory Authorities will each subsequently request an amendment to the Proposal pursuant to Article 6(1) of the EBGL. The most relevant legal provisions that lie at the basis of the ISH Proposal and this All Regulatory Authorities’ agreement on requesting an amendment are Articles 3, 44, 49, 52, 54 and 55 of the EBGL.
