e. Compensation. (1) A Faculty Member granted a retraining leave for an academic year shall receive fifty percent (50%) of the Faculty Member's salary for that year. A Faculty Member granted a retraining leave for one (1) semester shall receive full salary for that semester. A Faculty Member granted a retraining leave for a percentage of contract shall receive full salary for up to one-half (1/2) of his/her regular contract period, and no additional salary for periods beyond. The District shall continue to provide insurance benefits during the period of the leave. Time on leave shall be treated as working time for salary step placement and retirement contributions shall be continued as provided by law.
e. Compensation. If the loss or damage is the result of a cause covered by the policy, the compensation shall be equal to the amount of damages assessed by the experts plus the costs, taking into account the applicable maximum amounts. If it appears that a loss is covered by more than one policy within the ABN AMRO Insurance Package, the compensation shall be determined in accordance with the special policy taken out for the item in question (e.g. valuables). If it appears that a loss assessment in accordance with the other policy is more favourable to the injured party, compensation shall be paid up to the applicable maximum amounts of the other policy.

This price shall be paid by the Monsanto after proper completion and delivery of results of the trial to the worker of the company Monsanto and after written approval of results based on the invoice - tax document issued by Contractor. e. Compensation. It is understood and agreed that the hourly compensation for employees working under this Agreement is the sum of the hourly wage and fringe benefit contributions specified in this Agreement. Although the parties have agreed to divide the employees’ total hourly compensation into direct wages and indirect compensation in the form of the fringe benefit contributions specified herein, the sum of the wage payment and fringe contributions is the total hourly economic benefit to be received by employees for working under this Agreement. If an employee receives less than this amount, either on his or her paycheck or with regard to fringe contributions, or both, such an employee has not received his or her full pay for work performed under this Agreement and shall be entitled to all legal redress available for full payment of his or her compensation due under the terms of this Agreement. e. Compensation. Beginning on the Effective Date, the District shall pay thee Fire Chief a base salary of One Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($197,000.00) per year, which is to be paid at the same intervals and in the same manner as other District employees. Fire Chief shall receive the same percentage cost of living adjustments to Fire Chief's annual base salary as provided to the District's Executive Staff. The Fire Chief acknowledges that he is an exempt employee and thus not subject to the overtime compensation requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act or any other compensation of any kind except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
