Wage Payment. 19.01 Payment of wages shall be every second Thursday. Payment shall be made during regular working hours prior to twelve o'clock noon on payday. All bargaining unit employees' pay stubs shall show all overtime and straight time hours separately. All deductions shall be individually itemized for clear understanding.

Wage Payment. (a) The wages of all employees shall be paid every other Friday up to and including, the previous Saturday. A detailed statement showing the hours worked, the rate of pay, and an itemized list of deductions shall be given each employee at least every other payday. When the regular payday falls on a general or proclaimed holiday, the employee shall be paid wages up to and including the previous Saturday on the day immediately preceding such general or proclaimed holiday.
Wage Payment. Wages shall be paid weekly on the job not less than fifteen (15) minutes before regular quitting time each week or on the regular pay day, such pay to be by currency or check. Discharged employees shall be paid in full at the time of discharge. Any shortage due to overtime or other errors must be sent to the local Union's office, or postmarked no later than twenty-four (24) hours after it occurs. Failure to comply will result in a two (2) hour penalty to the contractor for every twenty-four (24) hours late.
Wage Payment. No member shall accept wage payment in cash, but shall only accept payment by check, either paid directly to the employee or by direct deposit to the employee's designated bank account, so that a full and complete record of wages, withholding taxes, social security, pension and welfare contributions and any other deductions required by this Agreement will be readily available. Any Employer who fails to have sufficient funds in the bank to cover all paychecks issued to employees will be denied the privilege of paying by the normal payroll checks, and must pay all future payroll by certified check only until such time as the Union gives the Employer written notice that it is satisfied that the Employer is financially responsible and, therefore, able to resume payment of payroll by non-certified check. In the event of an Employer's failure to pay the wages provided for in this Agreement or failure to comply with the term of this Section 6.5, the Union shall have the right without giving notice to withdraw its members from the employ of, to picket and/or take other lawful economic action against such Employer in order to compel the payment of wages or compliance with this Section 6.5, such withdrawal of employees, picketing and/or lawful economic action shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement on the part of the Union and shall not be a subject of arbitration. If employees are withdrawn from any job or if the Union strikes in order to compel an Employer to fulfill its obligations under this Section, the employees who are affected by such stoppage of work shall be paid for up to twenty-four (24) hours wages lost at straight time pay by reason of any strike or any action taken by the Union under this Section.
Wage Payment. Employees will receive their wages each week on Employer’s established payday, and are to be paid during the working hours on the job where they are employed unless prevented by strike or act of God. Each Employee when paid shall receive a statement showing the number of straight time and overtime hours, his straight time hourly rate and all deductions and payments required by law or this Agreement.
Wage Payment. A regular forty (40) hour work week will be paid at the applicable rate of pay for a fully completed week as per the schedule. Any scheduled hours missed which do not qualify for pay as per the Collective Agreement will be deducted from the forty hours each week. All hours worked over twelve (12) on the Operator’s twelve (12) hour shift will be compensated at time plus one half (1 ½) the regular hourly rate and paid each week. All hours worked over eight (8) on the Maintenance eight (8) hour shift will be compensated at time plus one half and paid each week. Every two weeks any hours worked over eighty (80) in the preceding two weeks which have not already been paid at premium rate will be paid for at time plus one-half (1 ½).

Wage Payment. Wages shall be paid weekly on the job before the end of the shift, on the regular payday. Such wages are to be paid in lawful money, redeemable at a local financial institution. No more than four (4) days pay shall be withheld from the employee(s) on pay day. Pay envelopes or check stubs shall show the Employer’s name and address, employee’s name, the hours worked, and the amount of payment enclosed. Any deductions from wages, including payroll deductions, now or hereafter required, shall also be marked on the pay envelopes or check stubs. If the employee(s) are not paid as specified, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours additional pay for waiting. Any variation from the above, due to clerical or unforeseen circumstances, will be discussed between the Union and the Employer prior to any penalty being assessed.
Wage Payment. (a) All employees will be compensated on an hourly basis of pay every two weeks.

The Company has the sole discretion to move any employee up or down along categories A, B and C within any job classification based upon his/her performance.
