Duration of Warranty. The effectiveness of this Warranty will be: (a) System(s): one (1) year (i.e.: 365 days) from shipment (for System(s) not installed by ZEISS) or from installation by ZEISS or ZEISS’s authorized installer; (b) Labor: thirty (30) days from the completion of the work ((a) and (b) referred to collectively or individually, as applicable, as the “Warranty Period”). What Is Covered: All System(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship and all Labor will be performed in a xxxxxxx‐like manner. What ZEISS Will Do: ZEISS will, at its sole option, repair or replace any parts it reasonably determines to have failed due to defects in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. If it is not possible to repair or replace such parts, then ZEISS will refund the prorated value of the item. What is Not Covered: This Warranty does not cover high‐wear, consumable items (e.g.: light bulbs, cover slides). These items, and any third‐party supplied Components (software or hardware) will be covered by their manufacturer’s warranty and arrangements for service or replacement must be made through that manufacturer. This Warranty does not cover failure that has resulted from improper third‐party services, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, or environmental conditions outside of those prescribed in the Product specifications or industry standards, improper packaging or shipment, electrical failure, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification. On‐site planned or preventive maintenance activities are not included as a part of this Warranty. For general warranty questions, or to clarify which Products or Components are covered by a third‐party warranty, please contact the ZEISS representative who issued this quotation. Computers/Software: ZEISS does not warrant that the Product(s), Components or Software will be compatible with third party computers not purchased through ZEISS, or Buyer’s systems, computers or networks. ZEISS is not responsible for virus, malware or other similar system problems arising from Buyer’s connection to the internet or from Buyer’s internalnetworks. Software is not warranted to be error free or to operate without problems or interruptions. Exclusive Warranty & Limitation of Liability: THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Duration of Warranty. The paint coating of Everlast roofing and siding panels is warranted to perform in the manner described above for 40 years of the structure for crack, check, or peel, or 35 years for chalk and fade, or 10 years for red rust, or 25 years for perforation from the date such panels are installed by Buyer, provided installation occurs within six months from the date of application of coating by Seller’s coating facility. In no event shall this limited warranty extend beyond 35 years and 6 months for chalk and fade, or 10 years and 6 months for red rust, or 25 years and 6 months for perforation, from the date of application of coating by Seller’s coating facility.

Duration of Warranty. The paint coating of Fabral roofing and siding panels is guaranteed to perform in the manner described above for the lifetime of the structure for crack, check, or peel, or 30 years for chalk and fade, or 20 years for rupture, fail structurally or perforation of roofs or walls from the date such panels are installed by Buyer, provided installation occurs within six months from the date of application of coating by Seller's coating facility. In no event shall the guarantee extend beyond 30 years and 6 months for chalk and fade, or 20 years and 6 months for rupture, fail structurally or perforation, from the date of application of coating by Seller's coating facility. The 25 year perforation warranty only has no proration for the first 5 years. For the succeeding twenty (20) years of the perforation guarantee period, a cost of 4.75% of the then current retail price of the new products for each year or part thereof after the fifth year – Fabral shall pay 5% during the twenty-fifth year. The 20 year perforation warranty only has no proration for the first 5 years. For the succeeding fifteen (15) years of the perforation guarantee period, a cost of 6.5% of the then current retail price of the new products for each year or part thereof after the fifth year – Fabral shall pay 2.5% during the twentieth year.
Duration of Warranty. Full warranty on ceramic chrome coated parts (IndyKrom) is 3,000 hours or 12 months whichever occurs earlier. Warranty is neither implied nor expressed for Black Satin (IndyBlak) coatings or any other ceramic coating. Components which have been weld repaired for cracks or breaks will not be considered for warranty.
Duration of Warranty. When the parties have not agreed that the machine should be started up at the buyer’s premises, this warranty shall have the duration set forth in offer or confirmation of order, starting on the delivery date. When the parties have agreed that it should be started up at the buyer’s premises, this warranty shall have the same duration, but it shall begin on the date the machine was started up at the buyer’s premises, and in no case shall be longer than that provided in the offer or confirmation of order, starting from the date the machine was delivered. Machine operation times longer than those set forth in offer or confirmation of order shall proportionately reduce the warranty period. The warranty for pieces replaced or repaired shall expire on the same day the machine warranty expires.
