Alteration or modification definition

Alteration or modification means making a change to the construction, configuration, performance, environmental characteristics, or operating limitations of the affected civil aeronautical product.
Alteration or modification means any alteration or decoration of the Lots, the Common Areas, or the exteriors of the buildings thereon, including flags, seasonal or holiday decorations, painting, or other alteration that affects the appearance and aesthetics of the Property.

  • Tenant shall only be obligated to comply with the performance of any Legal Requirements requiring any Structural Alteration of the Leased Premises or any modification to the Building Systems located within the Leased Premises if such Alteration or modification to the Building Systems shall be required by reason of a condition which has been created by, or at the instance of, Tenant or Persons Within Tenants Control or a breach of any of Tenant’s covenants and agreements hereunder.

  • This Warranty does not apply to defect(s) resulting from any of the following:  Alteration or modification made to the Station without written SEMACONNECT approval.

  • In accordance with 2 CFR Chapter 1, Part 170 Reporting Sub-Award And Executive Compensation Information, Prime Awardees awarded a federal grant are required to file a FFATA sub-award report by the end of the month following the month in which the prime awardee awards any sub- grant equal to or greater than $25,000.

  • This Warranty does not apply to defect(s) resulting from any of the following: • Alteration or modification made to the Station without written SEMACONNECT approval.

  • Alteration or modification of the provisions in this Agreement shall not be binding unless in writing and mutually agreed by the parties hereto.

  • Alteration or modification of User Equipment may void the manufacturer's warranty, and AMSC reserves the right to deny or terminate Service to altered or modified User Equipment and shall have no liability whatever to Skysite or Skysite's customers for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized altered or modified User Equipment or by the termination of Service to such User Equipment.
