Fees not paid by the required date may incur an administration fee, at a rate to be determined by the College Council. • Except at the discretion of the Principal any student in relation to whom fees remain unpaid at the end of the College year will not be allowed to return to the College. • The College may take legal action to recover overdue fees without notice. Parent(s) agree to indemnify Fraser Coast Anglican College against all debt collection costs, solicitors’ costs and any disbursements incurred as a result of non-payment of monies owed to Fraser Coast Anglican College. • There will be no remission of fees in the event of a student being absent from the College.

Operational Control includes security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordination and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Control Areas, voltage reductions and Load Shedding, except that each Transmission Owner continues to physically operate and maintain its facilities.

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.
