Consumable Items definition

Consumable Items means student workbooks, student packets, computer disks, pencils, papers, notebooks, and other similar personal items for which a student retains ownership during the course of study.
Consumable Items means all food stuffs and nonalcoholic beverages that are located at the Real Property.

Consumable Items means items such as compressed air or gasses, chemicals, oils, lubricants, cleaning materials, gaskets, valve packing, lamps, light bulbs, fuel filters, welding rods and comparable items that, in accordance with industry practices, are considered consumables and are required for cleaning, preparing, testing, commissioning, or completing the Goods.
Consumable Items means those parts, components and materials of a particular system which, pursuant to the manufacturer's maintenance manual, are required to properly maintain such system for a one-year period.

Consumable Items. The contract does not include replacement of consumable (supply) items. These items will be billed separately. ONESOURCE will not alter or modify equipment at the request of the operator nor will ONESOURCE be responsible for supporting the use of equipment that is being used outside the manufacturer's design specifications. Technology and Obsolescence. ONESOURCE cannot be held liable for the unavailability of parts due to: equipment age; technology changes; manufacturer availability or reliability; or, any other factor beyond its control. If it is determined that parts or supplies for equipment under contract are no longer available to ONESOURCE, the CLIENT representative will be notified that the equipment will no longer be serviced, and appropriate adjustments will be made as appropriate to Equipment Inventory and corresponding fees. Excessive Repair Costs - ONESOURCE reserves the right to deem any equipment not repairable if repair cost exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the cost for a new equivalent piece of equipment. If this decision is made, ONESOURCE will inform the CLIENT before any other action or repair is started.
