Designation of Personnel. 1. Each State Party shall, at the same time that it deposits its instrument of ratification to either of the Depositaries, provide to all other States Parties, for their review, a list of designated personnel who will carry out all duties relating to the conduct of observation flights for that State Party, including monitoring the processing of the sensor output. No such list of designated personnel shall include more than 400 individuals at any time. It shall contain the name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, and function for each individual included. Each State Party shall have the right to amend its list of designated personnel until 30 days after entry into force of this Treaty and once every six months thereafter.

User agrees that if the work preparatory to research leads to a research study, then a human subjects protocol must be reviewed and exempted/approved by the ASU IRB before the Limited Data Set can be used for research. Applicable Fees. Prior to sending the Limited Data Set to User, CHiR shall provide User with an invoice of the costs and expenses associated with preparing the Limited Data Set. User shall pay CHiR the invoiced amount prior to receiving the Limited Data Set. In the event of non-payment or late payment, interest shall accrue on any amount owed at 10% per annum.

Designation of Personnel. Each Service Provider shall have the right, in its reasonable discretion, to designate which personnel shall be assigned to perform the Transition Services, and shall have the right, in its reasonable discretion, to remove and replace any such personnel at any time and/or designate a Third Party Service Provider in accordance with the terms hereof, to perform such Transition Service; provided, Purchaser shall seek, consistent with the requirements of its own business, to afford Sellers (as reasonably necessary or requested for a proper purpose) the benefit of the background, skill, experience, expertise, information and institutional knowledge of the employees of Purchaser who have historically performed the services and support functions underlying the Transition Services.
