State Party definition

State Party means the State Party to this Agreement;
State Party means any Member State of the African Union which has ratified or acceded to this Convention and has deposited its instruments of ratification or accession with the Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union.
State Party means a Member State that has ratified or acceded to the Protocol and for which the Protocol is in force;

Examples of State Party in a sentence

  • At the conclusion of this agreement and after successful delivery of the data to the State, Party shall securely delete data (including archival backups) from Party’s equipment that contains individually identifiable records, in accordance with standards adopted by the Agency of Human Services.
