Research protocol means the agreed plan for the collaborative research activities of the Parties under this Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as such plan may be modified or amended pursuant to Section 2.2.

Research protocol means all RESEARCH PROGRAMS proposed by XXXXXX for a COLLABORATION YEAR, together with such additional non-TARGET specific schedules of work as shall be proposed by XXXXXX for the same COLLABORATION YEAR.
