Design Review Meeting. 3.1 The purpose of this review shall to be to review all known aspects of the proposed project to date and to make determinisms for the next stage. The review shall include the following:
Design Review Meeting. The Consultant shall: • Meet with the City, CCRFCD, and other agencies to discuss review comments on the 90% plans and specifications and conduct a detailed “plans-in-hand” on-site review. • Prepare meeting minutes that will summarize any design considerations or plan revisions.
Design Review Meeting. AVCON will participate in one review meeting at the HCAA offices to review the submittal made as part of this design phase with the Authority’s staff. XXXXX will be prepared to fully discuss each element of the submittal to make the necessary decisions to advance the design with the next phase of the project. AVCON will provide minutes of the meeting and will distribute to all attendees.
Design Review Meeting. AVCON will participate in one review meeting at the Airport to review the submittal made as part of this design phase with the County’s staff. XXXXX will be prepared to fully discuss each element of the submittal to make the necessary decisions to advance the design with the next phase of the project. AVCON will provide minutes of the meeting and will distribute to all attendees.
Design Review Meeting. UMS Group project team members will participate in a design review meeting for the planning of the 2016 ITAMS Program. The purpose of the meeting is five-fold: Review comments and proposed changes resulting from the 2014 program, Review proposed refinements to definitions and practices questions, Finalize the scope for the 2016 program, Expand / Revise the program to address additional Advisory Board & peer member needs, Develop a schedule and solicitation plan. This activity will require the participation of all members of the UMS project team, and as-needed participation of the Advisory Board. Consulting the participants will be required for the success of this task.
Design Review Meeting. Activities Hold one project review meeting in person with the City to review and collect comments on the 90 percent package before finalizing plan set. Task 4.5 Final Design Activities Activities Task 4.2 includes the following activities: • Prepare Final (100 percent) plans and specifications for the City to use for obtaining the necessary construction permits for the project. • Prepare a Final engineers’ estimate based on the Final plans. • Prepare a response spreadsheet to document the manner in which the Final plans address the City’s comments on the 90 percent plan submittal.
Design Review Meeting. Conduct a 90% complete review meeting with City staff to review the 90% complete plan set, OPC, and special provisions. All comments identified by the Client during this review will be incorporated into the final design of the project.
Design Review Meeting. Developer shall participate in a Design Review Meeting with representatives of IQT and optionally IQT’s customers to be conducted in accordance with Paragraph 2.1.2. Following the Design Review Meeting, Developer shall provide to IQT a copy of Developer’s recorded meeting minutes (“Design Review Meeting Minutes”) that reflects Developer’s understanding of the conclusions to the items covered during the Design Review Meeting. At a minimum, the following items will be covered during the Design Review Meeting: ● The parties will review the Design Documentation to evaluate the ability of the results of design and development to meet requirements and identify any problems and propose necessary actions. ● The Developer shall provide a program status update in a format of the Developer’s choosing. ● The parties will plan and confirm logistical arrangements for the rest of Phase III and future phases. ● The parties will have an opportunity to clarify any ambiguity in the technical description of the effort. ● Test plans for the Prototype Instruments Any documents, reports or other materials delivered by Developer to IQT as part of the Design Review Meeting shall be “Deliverables” for the purposes of this Agreement.
Design Review Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a working review of the 90% PS&E. The comments, discussion, and decisions from this meeting will be incorporated into the PS&E package to develop Bid Documents.

The CONSULTANT shall: • Meet with the CITY, CCRFCD, and other agencies to discuss review comments on the Hydrologic/Hydraulics Memorandum, the 90% plans, and specifications, and conduct a detailed “plans-in-hand” on-site review. • Prepare meeting minutes that will summarize any design considerations or plan revisions.
