Conduct Results Workshop. UMS Group will organize, participate in, and lead a Results Workshop with the ITAMS Participant Group to be conducted over a two to three-day period. This workshop will be held at a site to be determined. UMS Group will issue, prior to the session, an agenda for the session. The purpose of this session will be to receive the results and participate in an interactive workshop where the best performers will present methodologies and insights with regard to their performance and practices. The UMS Group Officer-in-Charge, Project Manager and Consultant will attend this workshop. A prime objective of the study is to identify and share “Best Practices” across the group of Participating Companies. Participating companies make their decision to join the program largely based on the mutual assurance that all companies in the program are committed to sharing best practices. It is therefore a requirement of participation in the study that each participant is suitably represented at the practices workshop. This means that each company shall send at least one qualified individual who is knowledgeable about the asset management policies & practices of the firm and capable of sharing those practices and policies with the peer group. Any company that is unable to comply with this requirement shall, as compensation to the other consortium members, bear an additional € 5,000 share of the group allocated expenses of the program, thereby reducing the costs of those companies that have complied with this requirement. Participation at the workshop shall normally be limited to a maximum of two individuals from each peer group company. Permission from the program manager is required to exceed this number.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes.   • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.
