PAYMENT FOR TRAINING The City will pay the cost for the Officer, Training Officer and Fire Prevention Programs from a recognized fire academy, as referred to in this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Members will not be eligible to enrol in these courses until they have completed ten (10) years employment. Members who qualify and who do not complete the programs will be required to repay the City for the costs of the programs in which they were enrolled.
