Other Sections. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the Notes shall remain in full force and effect, and the Borrower acknowledges and reaffirms its liability to the Banks thereunder. In the event of any inconsistency between this Amendment and the terms of the Credit Agreement or the Notes, this Amendment shall govern.
