Definitions and Notes. Throughout this Agreement: • The Pavilion named in clause 2.2 is referred to as ‘we’; ‘our’ is to be construed accordingly and ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean the Parish Council corporate body, members, employees, volunteers, agents and invitees. • The person or organisation named in clause 2.3 is referred to as ‘you’; and ‘your’ is to be construed accordingly; ‘you’ also includes the members of your management committee (if appropriate), your employees, volunteers, agents and invitees. • Where you must seek our consent, tell us about something or give us something, you must speak to and seek consent from the Parish Clerk or, if the Parish Clerk is not available, the Chair of the Sports and Leisure Committee.

Assessments used to demonstrate growth must be appropriate, relevant, and may include both formative and summative measures.  Not Satisfactory shall mean:  Level 1: Unsatisfactory – Receiving a summative score of 1 is not considered satisfactory performance for all teachers.  Level 2: Basic – If the classroom teacher on a continuing contract with more than five years of teaching experience receives a summative score of two (2) two years in a row, or two years within a consecutive three- year period, the teacher is not considered to be performing at a satisfactory level.  Teacher shall mean any certificated staff member who spends more than fifty (50) percent of his or her school day providing academically-focused instruction and grades for students, and whose duties are consistent with the state criteria for teachers and the district’s framework and rubrics.
