The Pavilion Sample Clauses
The Pavilion clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or access to a specific structure or area referred to as "the Pavilion" within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who may use the Pavilion, under what conditions, and any obligations for upkeep or scheduling. For example, it may specify that only certain parties can reserve the Pavilion for events, or that maintenance costs are shared among users. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear guidelines for the Pavilion's use, thereby preventing disputes and allocating responsibilities among the involved parties.
