Daily Travel Allowance Sample Clauses

Daily Travel Allowance. An employee travelling to a job in his own vehicle inside of Zone 1 will receive no allowance. An employee who is required by the Employer to use his own vehicle to travel to a job in Zone 2 will receive an allowance of forty-five cents ($0.45) per road kilometre each way from the Employer's base of operation. The travel allowance will not apply when employees are transported in a company vehicle by the Employer.

Daily Travel Allowance. (a) A daily travel allowance will be paid by the Employers to their employees on the following basis:

Daily Travel Allowance. When Living Away From Home (XXXX) Where an employee is eligible for Living Away From Home Allowance (XXXX) due to the location and scope of work performed, the employee will be reimbursed for their travel time at ordinary time to and from the Company’s yard to their accommodation but will not be entitled to the payments contained in clause 6.4.1. Travel Time will be paid at ordinary time on Monday – Friday and paid at Ordinary Time x1.5 when travelling Saturday or Sunday.
