Base of Operation. The Executive’s principal base of operation for the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Company in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), and at such other places as shall from time to time be reasonably necessary to fulfill the Executive’s obligations hereunder.

Base of Operation. Employee's principal base of operation for the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Company in Bermuda; provided, however, that Employee shall perform such duties and responsibilities outside of Bermuda as shall from time to time be reasonably necessary to fulfill his obligations hereunder. Employee's performance of any duties and responsibilities outside of Bermuda shall be conducted in a manner consistent with any guidelines provided to Employee by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Company's Board").
Base of Operation. The Executive’s principal base of operation for the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Company in Pembroke, Bermuda; provided, however, that the Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities outside of Pembroke, Bermuda as shall from time to time be reasonably necessary to fulfill his obligations hereunder. The Company and the Executive may at any time during the Term mutually agree to change the principal base of operation for the performance of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities. The Executive’s performance of any duties and responsibilities shall be conducted in a manner consistent with any tax operating guidelines promulgated from time to time by the Board.
Base of Operation. Executive's principal base of operation for the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Company in Hamilton, Bermuda; provided, however, that Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities outside of Bermuda as shall from time to time be reasonably necessary to fulfill his obligations hereunder. Executive's performance of any duties and responsibilities outside of Bermuda shall be conducted in a manner consistent with any guidelines provided to Executive by Holdings' Board of Directors (the "Holdings Board").
Base of Operation. For purposes of this Agreement, the base of operation is Teterboro Airport, New Jersey (KTEB); provided, however, that the base of operation for purposes of this Agreement may be changed temporarily or permanently by Lessor without notice. Lessor will make reasonable efforts to notify Lessee of changes in the base of operations at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to Xxxxxx’s scheduled flights.
Base of Operation. For purposes of this Agreement, the base of operation is Centennial Airport, Englewood, Colorado, U.S.A.; provided, however, that the base of operation for purposes of this Agreement may be changed temporarily or permanently by CCS without notice. CCS will make reasonable efforts to notify Time Share Lessee of changes in the base of operations at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to Time Share Lessee’s scheduled flights.
Base of Operation. The Executive’s principal base of operation for the performance of his or her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Company in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), and at such other places as shall from time to time be reasonably necessary to fulfill the Executive’s obligations hereunder.
Base of Operation. The Executive’s principal base of operation for the performance of his or her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and at such other places as shall from time to time be reasonably necessary to fulfill the Executive’s obligations hereunder.
Base of Operation. Executive's principal base of operation for the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement shall be the offices of the Corporation in Los Angeles, California; provided, however, that Executive shall undertake reasonable business travel consistent with his position not involving a permanent transfer of his base of operation outside of the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.
