Provision of Transport. 7.3.1 The daily fares allowance will not be payable on any day that the Company: • Provides or offers to provide transport free of charge from the employee’s home to the employee’s place of work and return; or • Where the Company provides a vehicle free of charge to the employee to drive from the employee’s home to the employee’s place of work and return.
Provision of Transport. Employers shall provide employees who are required to travel to carry out their official duties, with appropriate transport. The term appropriate transport in this clause includes use of public transport, employer provided vehicles, taxis, rental cars, and also payment of equivalent fares or motor vehicle allowance in terms of clause 4.3 of this agreement when it is agreed by the employer and employees that the employees shall use their own vehicles.

Provision of Transport. 6.1.1 Where employees are required by the Ministry to use their private vehicle for travel between more than one work location the Ministry policy on reimbursement of private motor vehicle expenses will apply. This provides for reimbursement in accordance with Inland Revenue Department mileage rates. The rates and any changes to the rates will be available from the employee's manager and on the Ministry's intranet.
Provision of Transport. The allowance prescribed in this clause, except the additional payment prescribed in paragraph (b) of this subclause (5) and in subclause (8) of this clause shall not be payable on any day which the employer provides or offers to provide transport free of charge from the employee's home to his/her place of work and return; provided that any transport supplied is equipped with suitable seating accommodation and is covered when necessary so as to be weatherproof.
Provision of Transport. (1) Where a worker is required to commence or finish duty after the hour of 8.00 p.m. or before the hoiurs of 8.00 a.m. the employer shall provide or re-imburse the worker for the reasonable cost of transport to or from the workers residence up to a maximum of thirty kilometres.
Provision of Transport. Where an employee is directed to work overtime or on a shift on which they are not regularly rostered and they finish work at a time when reasonable means of transport is not available, Ausgrid shall provide the employee with a conveyance to the employee’s home.
