Customer's Information. The Employee understands and acknowledges that each customer of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates will disclose information that will be within the Company's control in connection with the Company's furnishing of services to its customer. The Employee covenants and agrees to hold such information in the strictest confidence and shall treat such information in the same manner and be obligated by the provisions of this Agreement as if such information were Confidential and Proprietary Information, as defined in Section 9(b) hereof.

Promptly after the termination or expiration of this Agreement and the payment to Aurum of all sums due and owing, including without limitation any amounts due under Sections 7.6 or 7.7, Aurum will, at Customer’s request and expense, return to Customer all of Customer’s information, data, and files in Aurum’s then standard machine-readable format and media.
Customer's Information. 18.1. The Customer warrants that, as at the date of signature of the Application Form, all the details furnished by the Customer to NCW are true and correct and the Customer will notify NCW in the event of any change to such details. The Customer accepts that it will be his / her sole responsibility to ensure the provision of accurate and complete information.
