Named Driver definition

Named Driver means any person named in Your Policy Schedule under “Named Driver”.
Named Driver means any driver listed in the schedule of the certificate of insurance as a ‘Named Driver’.
Named Driver means any person named in the Agreement as the only permissible driver of the Vehicle during the rental period.

  • N.B.3. It is not permissible to give for subsequent Certificates or "Named Drivers" a type of Cover different from that issued in connection with the first Certificate or First Named Driver.


More Definitions of Named Driver

Named Driver. - means the person or persons named on the Policy Schedule.
Named Driver means person possessing a valid driving license to drive the class of vehicle under the laws and regulations of Malaysia and is permitted to drive the Named Vehicle with the permission of the Insured.
