• The Customer warrants that it will only allow the Named Driver and/or any other nominated driver(s) who the Customer warrants is comprehensively covered to drive the Vehicle under the Customer’s insurance policy.

• If the Driver or a Named Driver receives any endorsements or convictions during the Subscription Term the Driver and/or Named Driver must inform Drover, and Drover may terminate this Subscription Agreement in accordance with condition 11.

• Any damage to the Vehicle found that is not marked down on the Condition Report must be reported to and agreed by DriveElectric immediately and prior to the Customer’s Named Driver driving the Vehicle.

More Definitions of Named Driver

Named Driver means any person named in the Agreement as the only permissible driver of the Vehicle during the rental period.

Named Driver. - means the person or persons named on the Policy Schedule.

Named Driver means the individual named by the Customer with authorisation to drive the Hire Vehicle
