Customer Information. CPNI of a Customer and any other non-public, individually identifiable information about a Customer or the purchase by a Customer of the services or products of a Party.
Customer Information. In accordance with the Privacy Xxx 0000 the customer authorises the Company to obtain such information as it may require in response to their enquiries from any source in order to determine the customer’s credit worthiness and to be used as a guide concerning credit limits. The Company will set a credit limit and reserves the right to alter the credit limit from time to time. Customer Information. “Customer Information” means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a party receives from the other party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information and personal financial information (which may include consumer account number).

Customer Information. Comcast and its suppliers reserve the right both during the term of this Agreement and upon its termination to delete Customer’s voicemail, call detail, data, files, or other information that is stored on Comcast’s or its suppliers’ servers or systems, in accordance with our storage policies. Customer understands and acknowledges that Comcast shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of the loss or removal of any such voicemail, call detail, data, files, or other information.
Customer Information. The Trader will on reasonable written request from the Distributor, and within a reasonable timeframe, provide the Distributor with such Customer information as is reasonably available to the Trader and necessary to enable the Distributor to fulfil its obligations in accordance with this Agreement. The information will be treated by the Distributor as Confidential Information and the Distributor expressly acknowledges and agrees that it is not authorised to, and will not, use such information in any way or form other than as permitted by this clause 31.2.
Customer Information. The Dealer Manager shall abide by and comply with (a) the privacy standards and requirements of the GLB Act; (b) the privacy standards and requirements of any other applicable federal or state law; and (c) its own internal privacy policies and procedures, each as may be amended from time to time.
