County’s Project Director. Responsibilities of the County’s Project Director include: ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met; and providing direction to the Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements.
County’s Project Director. 6.2.1 The role of the County’s Project Director may include:
County’s Project Director. The County’s Project Director, or designee, is the approving authority for individual Work Order solicitations and executions.
County’s Project Director. As used herein, the term “County’s Project Director” shall mean the Administrator’s designee who shall serve as the Project Director with full authority to monitor Contractor’s daily operations in the performance of this Contract and to coordinate the activities of Probation personnel assigned to work with Contractor.
County’s Project Director. Person designated by Director with authority for County on contractual or administrative matters relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved by County’s Program Manager.

County’s Project Director. Where authorized by the Board of Supervisors, the County Project Director or designee has the authority to negotiate, recommend all changes to this Agreement, and resolve disputes between DHS and Contractor.
County’s Project Director. DHS Chief Medical Officer (CMO), or designee, shall be designated as County Project Director with authority to resolve contractual and administrative matters relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Director, or designee, is the approving authority for contractor work.
County’s Project Director. The role of the County’s Project Director may include: coordinating with Contractor and ensuring Contractor’s performance of the Contract; however, in no event shall Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby; and upon request of the Contractor, providing direction to the Contractor, as appropriate, in areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements; however, in no event, shall Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby.
County’s Project Director. 6.2.1 The County’s Project Director is designated in Exhibit E (County’s Administration). The County shall contact the Contractor in writing of any changes in the name or address of the County’s Project Director.
