Common use of Contractor’s Project Manager Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Project Manager. and Key Personnel: The CONTRACTOR’S PROJECT MANAGER shall be assigned to this CONTRACT for the duration of this CONTRACT and shall pursue all work and services to meet the CONTRACT timelines. Key personnel are those individual who report directly to the CONTRACTOR’SPROJECT MANAGER. COUNTY’S PROJECT MANAGER shall have the discretion to direct replacement or reassignment of any CONTRACTOR personnel during the term of this CONTRACT to ensure that all services and deliverables are provided in accordance with Attachment B, Scope of Services.
