Condition of Contract. As a condition of awarding a contract for the provision of services that require the contractor or his employees to have direct contact with students on school property during regular school hours or during school-sponsored activities, the School Board shall require the contractor to provide certification that all persons who will provide such services have not been convicted of a felony or any offense involving the sexual molestation or physical or sexual abuse or rape of a child. Any person making a materially false statement regarding any such offense shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and, upon conviction, the fact of such conviction shall be grounds for the revocation of the contract to provide such services and, when relevant, the revocation of any license required to provide such services. School boards shall not be liable for materially false statements regarding the certifications required by this subsection.

All compensation other sums of money payable by the contractor to Corporation under the terms of the contract may be deducted from, or paid by sale of a sufficient part of security deposit, or from the interest arising there from or from any sums which may be due or any become due by Corporation to contractor or any account whatsoever, and in the event of his security deposit being reduced by reason of any such deduction or sale as aforesaid the contractor shall within ten days thereafter make good in cash or Government securities endorsed as aforesaid any sum or sums which may have been deducted from or raise by sale of his security deposit or any part thereof. The security deposit referred to when paid in cash may, at the cost of the depositor, by converted into interest-being securities provided that depositor has expressly desired this in writing. Condition of Contract. The Seller agrees to enter into the Sale Contract with Xxxxx relying on the Buyer’s representation that he can validly represent the Vessel’s registered owners when entering into contract with the Seller.
