Period of the Contract. 3.1. This contract shall take effect as of its signing date and shall be valid until 31 December 2020. The date of signing shall be the date indicated in the preliminary statement of this contract.
Period of the Contract. The terms used herein in the singular shall have the same meaning as in the plural, and if the content requires it, a term used in the singular should be understood as used in the plural and, respectively, a term used in the plural should be understood as used in the singular.
