Processing Facilities definition

Processing Facilities means the processing facilities described on Exhibit F.
Processing Facilities means the facilities used by the MANUFACTURER to conduct the business of collection and distribution of Containers.
Processing Facilities means the individual facilities established at the Site as a part of the Project to process the MSW, including Compost, RDF, Waste-to-Energy, integrated facilities…etc. [Note – this shall be modified for each specific Project to install Compost Plant, RDF Plant.]

  • The Concessionaire shall raise monthly invoice and attach daily weights sheets of the electronic weighbridge installed at the entrance of the Sanitary Landfills/ Processing Facilities site, duly verified and approved by the PMU.

  • Enter into agreements to operate Solid Waste, Recyclable Material, and Plant Material Transfer, Transport and Processing Facilities.

  • Contractor will ensure that the transport trailers are compatible with the tippers and operations at the Designated Disposal Site and Designated Processing Facilities.

  • The Contractor will haul to these Designated Disposal and Processing Facilities unless otherwise directed in writing by the AUTHORITY.

  • Contractor shall conduct random or specific re-weighing of all vehicles if requested in writing by AUTHORITY of all vehicles delivering materials to the Shoreway Center or delivering materials to the Designated Disposal Site and Processing Facilities.

  • Establish rates and fees at Solid Waste, Recyclable Material, and Plant Material Transfer, Transport and Processing Facilities.

  • Franchisee shall immediately notify City of any notice of breach or default received from Approved Organic Materials Processing Facilities.

Processing Facilities means the facilities used by the ABCC to conduct the business of collection and distribution of Containers.
Processing Facilities means premises or proposed premises used or proposed to be used for the processing of unprocessed coffee into green coffee;
Processing Facilities means any crusher, mill, ore concentrator, processing plant, smelter, refinery or other processing facility owned or operated or to be developed, constructed, owned or operated by any Group Member located on or near the Projects and at which Minerals are processed.
