School property definition

School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

Examples of School property in a sentence

  • A person is found on School property in possession of a firearm, illegal knife, or prohibited weapon and that possession is listed as a felony in section 46.03 of the Penal Code.

More Definitions of School property

School property means all property owned, leased, rented or otherwise used by a school including but not limited to the following:
