Authorized Signatory definition

Authorized Signatory means such senior personnel of a Person as may be duly authorized and designated in writing by such Person to execute documents, agreements and instruments on behalf of such Person.

Authorized Signatory means an individual who is authorized to execute a binding document on behalf of a corporation, partnership or other legal entity.

More Definitions of Authorized Signatory

Authorized Signatory as to (i) any Person that is a corporation, -------------------- the chairman of the board, the president, any vice president, the chief financial officer or any other duly authorized officer (acceptable to the Administrative Agent) of such Person and (ii) any Person that is not a corporation, the general partner or other managing Person thereof.
