Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. Authorized Signatory means, with respect to any Borrower Party, such senior personnel of such Borrower Party as may be duly authorized and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent by such Borrower Party to execute documents, agreements, and instruments on behalf of such Borrower Party.
