Authorized Signatory definition

Authorized Signatory means such senior personnel of a Person as may be duly authorized and designated in writing by such Person to execute documents, agreements and instruments on behalf of such Person.
Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. The designated person should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the RFP Process, to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the agency, and to execute any document required to give effect to the outcome of the RFP Process;
Authorized Signatory means such senior personnel of the Borrower as may be duly authorized and designated in writing by the Borrower to execute documents, agreements and instruments on behalf of the Borrower, and to request Advances and Letters of Credit hereunder.

Authorized Signatory means, with respect to any Borrower Party, such senior personnel of such Borrower Party as may be duly authorized and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent by such Borrower Party to execute documents, agreements, and instruments on behalf of such Borrower Party.
