Contract for Work definition

Contract for Work has a meaning as set forth in art. 2.1 hereof.
Contract for Work means a contract for work in accordance with the Civil Code;
Contract for Work means each individual Contract for Work concluded between the Parties; i.e. confirmation of the Supplier delivered to the Customer that the Supplier accepts the Order for the price of the Work and with the delivery date of the Work specified in the Order. These Terms and Conditions are also part of the Contract for Work.

  • As a condition of awarding a Contract for Work that requires the Contractor to have access to student data, the Contractor is required to sign the Student Data Usage and Privacy Agreement (SDUPA).

  • Contractor: has supplied to the Customer the System as defined in the Contract for Work; has granted to the Customer a Licence and/or Sublicence to the System; has performed for the Customer activities necessary for securing full functionality of the System, as described in the Contract for Work and the Documents; the Supply described in this article hereof will be hereinafter referred to only as “Work”.

  • If the railroad company performs the aforesaid Work or any portion thereof, then the Contractor shall not perform the specified Work and shall not demand or receive any compensation therefor or any sum of money as damages of any kind, nature or description or for prospective profits lost because of the failure of the City to allow the Contractor to perform said Work within the railroad franchise area, other than that provided for in this Contract for Work actually performed.

  • If the Contract, the County will be liable only for payment in accordance with the terms of this Contract for Work performed and Accepted prior to the effective date of termination.

  • In addition to this Agreement Sponsor will enter into a separate Contract for Work with Principal Investigator, in which the payments for the Principal Investigator and/or Study Staff shall be determined.

  • The Order Party shall remit any payments related to the performance of the subject matter of this Contract for Work in CZK to the Contractor’s account.


More Definitions of Contract for Work

Contract for Work means any written document of this designation, as well as any mutually confirmed proposals of the Parties complying with the essential requirements such as: the parties, subject matter of the contract, price, performance period. To avoid any doubts, an order is deemed to be such a document as well. A Contract for Work must be always in writing. This form of a legal act is required also in case of any modification or termination of the contractual relationship.
Contract for Work means a contract the subject of which is a obligation of BONITA to perform a Work for the Customer and obligation of the Customer to take over the Work and pay BONITA Price of the Work;

Related to Contract for Work

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • The Work means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Contract for Goods means any contract, purchase order or agreement for the purchase of goods awarded by the city and whose cost is to be paid from funds belonging to or administered by the city; provided that a “contract” does not include: (i) a delegate agency contract; (ii) a lease of real property;

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.
