Concept Plan. Prior to October 31, 2018, Developer shall submit a Concept Plan to RDA for approval, which shall be based on, but may differ in minor respects from the Preliminary Concept Plan presented in this Agreement.
Concept Plan. City has reviewed and approved the Concept Plan. At its sole cost and expense, Developer shall submit to City for its review and approval the following documents:
Concept Plan. The City confirms that the Concept Plan and Roadway Connectivity Plan attached as Exhibit D and Exhibit G, respectively, comply with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and that the Concept Plan has been approved by all requisite City departments, boards, and commissions and by the City Council. The City approves the land uses, densities, and reservations of land for public purposes on the Concept Plan. The City's execution of this Agreement shall be deemed to be the approval of the Concept Plan and Roadway Connectivity Plan, as shown on Exhibit D and Exhibit G, respectively, on which land uses, densities, and reservations of land for public purposes during development of the Land will be based. Notwithstanding the above, there must be a fifty (50) foot separation between commercial and residential development, measured from vertical building improvements.
Concept Plan. Prior to construction, the City shall approve a Concept Plan, including final plans and specifications for construction of the Project which shall be based on, but may differ in minor respects from the Preliminary Concept Plan presented in this Agreement. The Concept Plan shall clearly identify the location of the Improvements as defined in the Recitals.
Concept Plan. Prior to commencement of construction, Developer shall submit a Concept Plan to RDA for approval, which shall be based on, but may differ in minor respects from the Preliminary Concept Plan presented in the Term Sheet. The Concept Plan shall clearly identify the new boundaries of the Property as described in Section III. B. 1.
Concept Plan. In accordance with Boise City Code Section 11-8-8.E, this Agreement incorporates as Exhibit C and makes a part hereof that certain concept plan submitted and approved by the City with the Approvals (the “Concept Plan”).
Concept Plan. Development within this District shall generally conform to the Concept Plan attached to this Agreement as Exhibit "C" (the “Concept Plan”). In the event of a conflict between the Concept Plan and these Development Regulations, these Development Regulations shall apply and control.

Concept Plan. A generalized plan that conceptually illustrates a development proposal, including the identification of proposed land uses, land use intensity, circulation, and open space/sensitive areas. The relationship of the proposed development to existing surrounding development and uses should also be reflected. Flagstaff Zoning Code 10-80.20.30.
Concept Plan. In order to avoid any adverse impacts from the development of the Properties on the abutting property owners and on the residents of the City, the Parties agree that the Properties will be developed in substantial conformance with the Concept Plan as such Concept Plan may be modified by the requirements of other state and county governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the development of the Properties. The use of the Properties after development is the reason that the City Commission exercised its legislative authority and entered into this Agreement. Except as may be authorized by the Parties hereto, any substantial deviation from the commitments made by the Parties herein shall be considered material defaults in this Agreement unless otherwise approved by the City or contemplated herein. The City shall not consent to any substantial modification unless it deems that such is in the best interest of the public and in its discretion in reaching such decision it shall be deemed to be acting in a legislative capacity and within its sole and absolute discretion taking into account the public health, safety and welfare.
