Proposed Development definition

Proposed Development means the construction on the Property of buildings for use as Dwellings comprising not less than [ ] square feet as may be amended by a Planning Application approved by the Landlord.
Proposed Development means an activity or project proposed by a Developer that may be subject to the environmental impact screening and review process set out in sections 11, 12, and 13 of the IFA.
Proposed Development means the development on the Lands contemplated in the Development Permit and this Agreement;

  • Where Council is not the certifying authority for any aspect of the Proposed Development the Developer must on the appointment of a private certifier provide a copy of this Agreement to the private certifier.
