Term of Approvals. The Concept Plan and any preliminary plat or final plat approved pursuant to this Agreement will be effective for the longer of (i) the term of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed by the Parties or (ii) the term contained in the applicable subdivision ordinance.

Term of Approvals. Except as provided below, the approval of the Concept Plan set forth in Section 4.02 above will be effective for the term of this Agreement. Such Concept Plan approval will be deemed to have expired if no final plats of the Property or a portion thereof are recorded during such period of time.
